CA Anil. N Shah laid the foundation of Anil. N Shah & Co, Chartered Accountants back in 1972. The firm has its Head Office at Vastrapur , the heart of the city of Ahmedabad which is also the financial capital of Gujarat & a branch office at Kudasan , Gandhinagar , near to the fintech city - GIFT . Our core deliverables are in the fields of Tax & Legal Advisory, Business Transaction Advisory, Business Support , Audit and Corporate Governance. On professional fronts , the work profile of our firm includes Corporate & Non Corporate Clients , Public Sector & Govt. Corporations, Banks and non Profit Organizations. Under the leadership of CA Anil. N Shah, the Tax & litigation wing at the firm is renowned with more than 50 years of experience. He has been instrumental in advising clients on tax planning and tax compliance with the highest standards of ethics and client satisfaction. The timely response to the tax authorities as well as to the queries of the clients make him an often sought for personality at the office. His unending spirit of learning technology and developing new techniques is always appreciated and beneficial to the firm.

He has also served as the Chairman of Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI and given significant contributions to the CA fraternity. He has also been the President of CA Association-Ahmedabad & served as the President of All Gujarat Federation of Tax Consultant.

Later in Aug 1999, Mr. Aatish Shah, son of Found Partner CA Anil Shah decided to take the legacy in his hands and joined the firm. In his early twenties, he cleared his C.A. Final Exams in the first attempt with 1st Rank all over Gujarat. A rank in CA Final Exams was somewhere deemed as he had already proven his excellence in CA foundation exams by procuring AIR (All India Rank) 45 as per the merit list issued by ICAI . “Learning has no age”, his only life maxim which never stopped him from acquiring knowledge and hence he also possessed DISA (ICA) –Diploma in Information System Audit- -Degree awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Recently, he has also secured AIR (All India Rank ) 2 in DIRM Technical Examination, a Post Qualification Course in IRM Insurance & Risk Management conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has got certification on Public Finance and Government Accounting , a course designed by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , which also helps in serving the Central and State Government Organization and Public Sector Undertaking.
