BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIRM/ORGANSISATION

The firm ANIL N. SHAH & CO. was formed by founder Partner Mr. Anil N. Shah who qualified and started practice as a chartered Accountant from 1st September 1972. In addition to vast Experience of about 51 years, he has also served in various capacities such as Chairman of Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI, President of CA Association-Ahmedabad & Presently Vice President of All Gujarat Federation of Tax Consultant.

The other Partner Mr. Aatish A. Shah is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year Aug.1999 and joined the firm. He passed his final C.A. Exam at young age of 21 years with a 1st Rank all over the state of Gujarat and also passed his C. A. Foundation Examination with 45th Rank in all India merit List issued by the ICAI. He also possessed DISA (ICA) –Diploma in Information System Audit- Degree awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Recently, he has also secured 2nd Rank in India in DIRM Technical Examination, a Post Qualification Course in IRM Insurance & Risk Management conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

The firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide firm registration No.114131. The firm is having necessary Infrastructure facilities to meet with the requirements of Corporate as well as other big Government Corporations Audit work as well as Consultancy work. The clienteles of the firm include Corporate, Non Corporate and Public Sector & Govt. Corporations, Banks and non Profit Organizations. The industrial profile of the assignments conducted is diverse and includes agricultural, engineering items, computer Hardware, electronics, finance, chemicals, construction, Insurance, Banking etc.
